This policy explains what cookies Aspire Tournament sets, why we set them, and how you can manage them. We keep it short — we only use two cookies and both are essential.

What Are Cookies

Cookies We Set

Aspire Tournament sets exactly two cookies. Both are technically essential for the platform to function. Neither contains personally identifiable information in readable form.

The actual name of the session cookie may differ slightly from laravel_sessiondepending on the environment configuration. You can inspect cookies set by the platform using your browser’s developer tools under Application → Cookies.

No Analytics or Advertising Cookies

Aspire Tournament does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We do not integrate Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, HotJar, or any other third-party tracking scripts.

This means:

No cross-site tracking of your browsing behaviour
No advertising retargeting or audience profiling
No data sold to or shared with ad networks
No cookie consent banner required beyond this disclosure (our cookies are essential-only)

The only data we collect automatically is limited to what is described in our Privacy Policy — specifically session and IP data needed for authentication and security.

Managing Cookies

You can view and delete cookies set by any website using your browser’s built-in tools. Instructions for the most common browsers:

Blocking or deleting the essential cookies listed above will prevent you from logging in to Aspire Tournament and will break core platform functionality. These cookies are strictly necessary for authentication and security.

Because we only set essential cookies, standard browser cookie blocking settings (such as blocking third-party cookies) will not affect the Aspire Tournament platform unless you specifically block cookies from aspiretournament.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if the cookies we use change. Any updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date at the top. If we introduce new non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent mechanism before setting them.
