ABOUT

The flagship championship of Aspire Badminton — 16 events across all nine BWF disciplines. Boys' and Girls' juniors (U11–U19) compete alongside adult Open events across three action-packed days on 8 international-standard courts. All draws are live and verifiable on the Aspire Tournament platform.

ELIGIBILITY STANDARDS

Age grades (U-grades)

Players registering for a U-grade event (e.g. U11, U13, U15, U17, U19) must be strictly below that age as of January 1 of the tournament year (BWF standard). Age is verified against the date of birth on your Aspire profile at check-in.

Gender restrictions

MS and MD events are open to male players only. WS and WD events are open to female players only. XD events are open to all genders — one male and one female per pair.

One event per discipline

Each player may only register for one grade per discipline. For example, you cannot enter both U19 MS and Open MS in the same tournament. You may however enter multiple disciplines (e.g. MS Open + XD Open).

RULES & NOTES

  • Single elimination with consolation draws in all main-draw events.
  • All matches played to best of 3 games, 21 points, 2-point lead required.
  • Shuttle provided by organiser — RSL Gold Speed 77.
  • Players must hold a valid Aspire membership (AS-ID required at check-in).
  • U-grade events: player must be below the age cut-off on the first day of play.
  • Late arrivals forfeit their match; doors open 1 hour before first call.
